Here’s what’s new at Fera:
1. SMS Review Requests
We’ve launched the ability for Fera users to send SMS review requests, which helps brands engage with customers and request reviews through text messages. SMS gives e-commerce brands a direct, personal way to reach customers and request them to leave verified reviews directly from their phone.
Emails can sometimes be missed or ignored, but SMS has an impressive 98% open rate, making it a more effective way to reach your customers wherever they are.

Note that the review request feature is currently available only for Shopify stores located in the USA and Canada. Sign up to our waiting list here to be the first to find out when SMS is available in your country and/or marketplace.
2. Review Request Analytics
We’ve made it easier for you to track the analytics of your review request campaigns with our updated analytics dashboard. With this update, you can now view detailed analytics for each review request campaign, including total review requests sent, conversion rate, and filter by channel such as email or SMS.

- Understand how each channel performs- get insights into the effectiveness of your review request campaigns, so you can refine your strategy and achieve the best results.
- Optimize your campaign performance - Use insights from your data to continue optimizing the performance of your campaigns such as customizing the email message or changing when the email should be sent to the customer for best timing and higher response rates.
3. Hosted Review Submission Option
With the new update, merchants can now choose to use Fera’s hosted review submission page for one time review requests, instead of embedding the review form directly on their store.
This option is designed to make the review process faster and more reliable, both for you and your customers.
