Q: What were a couple of challenges you were trying to solve before using Fera?
Getting product reviews from customers and putting them on the site in a timely way was a major challenge.
Q: What other strategies did you try for those issues before using Fera?
Other strategies that we try were using the Shopify integration and Photoshop to highlight reviews on-site.
Q: Have you tried any of our competitors?
None other than Shopify. I chose Fera from the reviews (ha!) and have been very pleased.
Q: What features do you wish Fera had? How can we improve?
The team feels Fera is always one step ahead, releasing new features before they even think of them. I like the ability to download a PNG of a review to share.
Q: Do you have any advice for other users or those looking to use Fera?
