Roel joined Fera as a Client Success and QA Engineer, but he is now working full-time as a Client Success to help our clients. He has more than a decade of experience working in Magento and Shopify eCommerce ecosystems. In his free time, he does cycling, plays online games, cooks, and watches Netflix.

Faiz designs intuitive and engaging user experiences at Fera, helping merchants showcase their stores in the best light and boost customer engagement. Outside of work, he enjoys road biking, exploring creative side projects, and diving into a good book
