Importing reviews, sending out automatic review requests & follow up emails, and moderating your reviews are a must for any eCommerce business owner, and now so is being able to collect photo and video reviews.

Ali Reviews allows you to import reviews via spreadsheet, bulk import via Zopi, or import 30 reviews/mo from AliExpress.

You can set up automatic review requests but it is only based on the fulfillment date, so you will have to estimate your delivery time in order to send the email when your customer receives their order.

You also are not able to send automated follow up emails or show more than 1 photo per review.

Fera doesn’t limit the amount of reviews you can import and allows you to import reviews straight from your past reviews app; they also have an AliExpress integration that makes it easy to import those reviews!

When you set up an automatic review request, you can schedule the emails to send out upon delivery.

You are able to add/import up to 100MB of photo and video reviews.

Review Moderation

Last year, Fera introduced their AI Moderation feature.

This feature allows you to reply to reviews and moderate them.

By default positive reviews are moderated immediately, negative reviews are moderated after 14 days, and reviews with photos and videos are moderated after 1 day.

Ali Reviews unfortunately, doesn’t allow you to reply to reviews unless you are on the Essential Plan ($19.99/mo) or higher.

Ali Reviews does allow for customization when it comes to the appearance of your emails, customizing your widgets, and removing the Ali Reviews logo; but this is once again only available to businesses who have the Essential plan or higher.
