Another day and another great feature has been added to Fera!

By default, Fera will send your review request emails from the email address noreply@fera.ai, but when you set up your email domain, your review request emails will look like this:

Merchants with Small Plans ($19/mo) and above, can now send review requests to their customers using their store’s email domain.

Why You Would Want to Use Your Own Domain

Well, using your domain to send review requests looks more professional and helps customers immediately know the email is from their favorite company.

It is a way to align your email presence with your brand.

Additionally, by using your store’s domain, not only will your review requests be sent using your domain, but so will your:

Things to Remember

  1. Email authentication can only be added to domains you or your business own and control.
  2. Email addresses with public email services like Gmail, Yahoo, and AOL aren't able to be authenticated through Fera.
  3. You must have a SMALL Plan ($19/mo) or above to use this feature.
