For over eight years, the Fera team offered a free plan, allowing thousands of e-commerce merchants worldwide to automatically collect photo, video and text reviews and show them beautifully on their website to shoppers.
As the Fera platform continues to grow, we’re making some updates to ensure that we can deliver the best features, experience, and support to our network of customers and companies. This is why we are retiring the free plan and wanted to share why we’re making this change, what you can do, and what you’ll gain as an existing or new merchant.
Why is Fera Retiring the Free Plan?
By retiring the free plan, this allows us to make the app even faster, smoother, and more user friendly, everything a store needs to offer a great experience to customers. Also, we are able to put more resources and time into improving and developing more premium features that our merchants love to use such as more review widgets, AI features, and *hint hint* new ways to improve your conversion rate so you can get more reviews.
Fera is already known for the amazing customer support that we offer to merchants. However, our goal is to provide even better support and prioritize merchants who are actively growing with Fera.

Here’s What You Need to Know!
🔹 Existing Merchants: If you are on a free plan and wish to continue using Fera after April 1, you can simply upgrade to a paid plan. We would love to continue working with you so we are offering a 25% lifetime discount 🔥 for those who upgrade. The discount will be auto-applied when you upgrade to a paid plan.
🔹 New Merchants: Starting April 1, if you are a new merchant looking to install the best reviews app for their e-commerce store, we are introducing a 60-day free trial, which allows you to explore Fera’s premium features risk-free. After the 60-days, you will be asked to upgrade to a paid plan.
🔹 Looking for Alternatives? While we believe Fera offers the best solution for product reviews, we understand that some merchants may explore other options. If you’re looking for a reviews app that offers a free plan, we have partnered with Judge.me to ensure your transition is smooth and seamless. To get started in migrating, email us at help@fera.ai and we will help you export your reviews.
