Let A.I. Write Your Review Replies
Yes - you’ve read that right. With a press of a button, Fera will write your review replies by using your brand’s voice based on several components, including:
- Other review replies
- Your store category
- The title and description of the review
Not only will this save you a lot of time, but it will also help you reply to more reviews - improving your connection with your shoppers and giving them a reason to come to your store again.

Automated Review Moderation With A.I.
Have you ever wished you had a magical wand that would help you moderate all of your reviews without having to go through each one?
Well, we have some very good news.
Once enabled Fera will try to use A.I to parse your review and figure out if it should be approved or not.
By default positive reviews are moderated immediately, negative reviews are moderated after 14 days, and reviews with photos and videos are moderated after 1 day.
Plus, it’s worth mentioning that Fera even tracks when a review is AI-moderated in the review history tab.
💡You can enable and customize the feature from the submission settings page.
Configurable Auto-Moderation Settings
But, how can you change auto-moderation settings? Well, you can easily configure the wait time before Fera attempts to AI-moderate a review.
There are 3 options you can modify:
- Positive Reviews
- Negative Reviews
- Photos/Videos
