Rotate Images and Videos
Sometimes customers submit photos that are rotated incorrectly. Now, our merchants can easily rotate images directly within Fera with a single click, without any external editing tools.
Mark Reviews as Helpful
We’ve added a new feature that allows customers to mark reviews as helpful. This makes it easier for shoppers to find useful insights about a product and quickly identify the most valuable feedback.
New CSV Import Box
We’ve introduced a new CSV Import Box to simplify the review import process. The updated interface makes importing reviews faster, easier, and more intuitive, helping merchants manage review content with less effort.
New Dashboard Icon
With the new dashboard icon, you can easily access your Fera dashboard from anywhere within the app.
