Find Orders That Aren’t Reviewed
By using the orders filters, you will be able to find orders that haven’t been reviewed.
You can also filter orders based on the:
- Average rating
- Status
- Photos/videos
- Number of reviews
By using these filters, you can create unique customer segments and expand your possibilities.
Request Reviews For Specific (Filtered) Orders
After filtering specific orders, you can easily send customers one-time requests by selecting all orders (or just some of them if you prefer).
Just make sure that the orders you're sending a one-time review request to haven't been already asked for a review. You shouldn't spam your customers with constant review requests.
Copy Quick Order Review Link
Copy a quick link to review that you can send to customers over any medium (chat, messenger, etc.) for them to review their order.
Print QR Code For A Specific Order
Print a QR code that can be printed and included in your order to direct customers to submit a review of their order(s)
View Order Details
See order details in Fera including submitted product reviews, store review, average order rating, related messages sent from Fera and more.
