We are excited to announce a leadership change at Fera. Our founder will be stepping down as CEO and passing the role to Ryan Kulp.
Ryan, formerly the CEO of Fomo, is well-known among our merchants for his deep understanding of social proof. He has consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver what our merchants need and is well-positioned to lead Fera into the future.
We are confident that under Ryan's leadership, Fera will continue to grow and help our merchants increase their reviews and social proof more effectively than ever.

Say hello to Ryan
Hi everyone, my name is Ryan Kulp and I'm thrilled to join the Fera team.
I've spent 7 years building Shopify apps with a focus on social proof and honest marketing. Since founding Fomo.com in 2016 I've also operated Cross Sell, Picture It, and a few other e-commerce apps serving 10s of 1000s of merchants.
Since joining Fera a couple months ago we've begun work on several new projects, from backend upgrades to speed up the web application to new review widgets and features for stores on our premium plans.
We've also increased investment in our AI review moderation and related features, as using AI responsibly (while preserving authenticity) is in our view critical to the future of online customer feedback.
