Create tickets to support customers who submitted bad reviews
The purpose of this Zendesk app is to seamlessly integrate with our merchants' Zendesk accounts. This integration empowers merchants to generate support tickets in response to unfavourable customer reviews. Leveraging the Zendesk API, our app will automatically generate support tickets whenever merchants receive negative feedback on their e-commerce platforms.
- Create tickets in Zendesk upon creation of review lower or equal to the bad review threshold.
- Update tickets in Zendesk upon review update.
- Manage customers with bad reviews in Zendesk.
